Warmer weather over the last couple of weeks has helped the bees to do their job! We anticipate a good crop which should be ready by the third or fourth week of July. Weather will be the key to the exact timing – warmer will ripen the berries earlier, and cooler will mean a little later.
Sorry, but we have sold out of frozen berries again! Even though we froze significantly more product this year, the demand just keeps increasing. So, once again, we will freeze more than last year and hope we can make it to the new crop the following summer.
